What do I measure to ensure the proper width of a replacement roller?

The B.F.R. (between frame rail) measurement is the most important. This is the measurement from the inside of the left frame rail to the inside of the right frame rail. As bearing dimensions may differ, this is the most accurate measurement to ensure replacement rollers will fit the frame properly.

What type of conveyors do you manufacture and are there any restrictions to what you will design?

There are no restrictions to our design capabilities (other than the laws of physics). We will custom design and manufacture a conveyor system to meet your application requirements.

What is your turnaround time?

This is project specific, dependent on the scope of your equipment needs and our shop loading schedule. Small orders are typically 2-4 weeks, if shop loading is at a minimum. Conversely, any changes you might make along the manufacturing pipeline can affect the delivery date and price.

Can you match up with our existing conveyors and equipment?

Although the standard off-the-shelf conveyor is more economical, we can custom-design and build conveyor equipment to match up perfectly to your existing equipment. Or, we are able to replace parts of your existing systems and equipment. Our team of engineers has mated our equipment to hundreds of different conveyors/equipment in the past.
